Vince Lambiase has demonstrated exceptional skills as an innovative leader in transition businesses by leading restaurant, retail and small loan service companies in start-up, turnaround and high growth environments. He has more than 30 years of combined business experience as a CEO, CFO, Senior Operating Officer and Merchant Banker with publicly owned and privately held companies. As both an operator and entrepreneur, Vince has a proven ability to think conceptually and translate new ideas into operational success.

 

He began his business career in New Jersey with Mack Trucks, Inc. as a management trainee. Mr. Lambiase was Chief Executive Officer of Winchell's' Donuts, Inc. (1978 to 1985) and EZCorp, Inc. (1994 to 2000). He was a partner in the merchant banking firm Peterson, Jacobs & Company (1985 to 1990) and a Vice President with Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc (1990 to 1994).

He is currently Managing Partner of V.A. Lambiase & Company, LLC an advisory and interim management firm, a member of the Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, a charter member of the Board of Councilors, University of Southern California (USC) Price School of Public Policy, (Chairman, 1987-1989) and a founding board member of the former National Foundation for Wheelchair Tennis (later merged into the USTA).

Mr. Lambiase has served as an outside director on the boards of public and privately held companies in both the United States and abroad.

Mr. Lambiase grew up in New York City and earned a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University. He and his wife Carolyn Caldwell Lambiase reside in Austin, Texas.
