Our core leadership workshop is a two and a half day program designed to introduce each participant to leadership theory and practices, with the expectation that personal leadership growth will follow. We accomplish this by immersing the participant in the notion of "leadership" as opposed to "management".
The lecture and discussion sessions focus on the characteristics of effective leaders, leadership styles and case studies. We also include specific discussions on effective communication, delegation and appraisal feedback.
During the workshop, each participant is expected to participate in a leadership case study and to complete a self evaluation questionnaire designed to assist each participant in identifying their leadership tendencies.
We also offer an abbreviated version of the core leadership workshop, conducted on the client's campus. This workshop covers leadership principals, but does not include the intensive individual attention. This workshop is conducted for a minimum of 12 participants and a maximum of 20.
Individual appraisals are held confidential and shared solely with the workshop participant.
